Peanut butter could help looking at the added protein.

Their are a few supplements you could take to help with you hair growth, try looking them up. I would give specifics but most of the things I know are intended for other things and increased nail and hair growth are side effects.

Get your hair trimmed at least once or twice a month it will help your hair grow faster.

Yeah, honestly just eat as healthy as possible, the nutrients in what you eat are what makes your body grow and function, so if you're getting optimal nutrition then you will be getting optimal intense hair growth.

This is absolutely fairy tale grade BS.

The ONLY time scissors are useful in hair growth is if there is damage that needs to be trimmed. Hair growth occurs at the root; the rest is non-living organic tissue and cutting the end has absolutely zero effect on what happens at the root.

Your teachers have been feeding you a steaming heap of bullshit.

The only thing cutting healthy undamaged hair will accomplish is make it shorter. If it is not damaged, scissors will NOT make it stronger.

i didnt say scissors make it stronger, im saying by the dead ends gone, the root can get strong again and stop it from splitting or breaking off

so its good to have your hair trimmed up at least every 4-6 months

there is nothing you can do to speed up the growth of your hair. it will grow naturally, there is nothing you can do to influence it.

just keep your hair trimmed of dead ends and otherwise healthy and just let it grow.

i used to be able to sit on my hair until i recently got bored of it and chopped it all off. it took me my whole life to get it that long.

Cutting the end of a hair will have zero effect on the root. If there are not split ends or damage there is no need to cut hair except to restyle.
