Grower for sure, I'm maybe 2 or 3 inches when completely flaccid, and 8 inches when fully aroused.

 

i'd say neither for me too....about 2.75" soft and 5.25" hard....so it grows, obviously but not too much

 

You shouldn't worry so much. I'm only an inch larger than that, and several women have told me I'm among the best they've had. They always sound so surprised when they say this, because they really weren't expecting much...but I'm the perfect size and shape to nail a G-spot in the doggie-style position. You've just go to know how to play to your strengths.

Also, if you're overweight, you'll probably gain an inch or two by slimming down. That would help with the confidence and shut your gf up.
