I was at the Led Zep show-with the movie screen behind them so those of us on the ground could see. Lousy show.....

AC/DC, Kiss, Black Stone Cherry, Loaded, The Answer, Joe Bonamassa, some supports that I can't remember and quite a few tribute bands. Not bad for a 16 year old. I also had tickets to see Chuck Berry, but the bastard canceled on me!
10 of 'em = Baez (Acoustic joy) Aquistic joy) Blondie (Then and now) Genesis (Back, in, the, day) Jam (Raw and Rockin) Kinks (Songwriting melody and sound) Madness (Christmas Partying) Springsteen (Pre-The River) Stranglers (with Dancers) Who (with Moon) To name a few
they keep coming to me Elton John Neil Young...(worst concert ever) Page and Plant...(not Led Zep) just them with their moroccan orchestra and these are just the 60's/70's bands...dont get me started on the 80's ones
and tomorrow night I'm bringing my 23 year old son to see Joe Satriani. That's what I get a kick out of nowadays. I brought him to see Tull last year, 35 years after I saw Tull the first time. Brought him to see Tom Petty last year, 30 years after I saw him the first time. He brought me to a metal festival a few years back. Apparently, I like Opeth
Tull Captain Beefheart Alice Cooper The Band Bob Dylan Edgar Winter Johnny Winter Yes Strawbs Chilliwack John Mayall Steve Winwood I've gotta add Gov't Mule-Warren's keeping it alive One of the most interesting recent bands my son turned me on to-Tool-best lightshow since Pink Floyd
Most of these were early 70's Neil Young Steven Stills Ravi Shankar Mahavishnu Orchestra Frank Zappa Moody Blues Ten Years After Alice Cooper Black Sabbath Iggy Pop and the Stooges Pink Floyd Grateful Dead Grand Funk Railroad Mountain Glass Harp Bitter Blood Street Theatre Joe Pass Pat Metheny Group Leo Kottke Arlo Guthrie John Prine
