They live a long and healthy lives until humans take them in their care. Animals in the wild simply don't get sick because they are grounded 24/7, their paws are always touching the ground. Until few years ago, there was a dog in my neighbourhood who was 2 decades old! This dog was fed by the folks but he slept and was outside 24/7, even in the Winters -10c/15f he survived it all and managed to outlive every single dog that my friends had. The point of the story is we live our lives insulated from the earth wearing rubber shoes, living indoors etc. This causes our bodies to become depleted. Touching the ground replenishes our electron and restores our connection to the earth’s energy. Interesting, I have been going barefoot all my life but only recently started taking long 8-12km walks on the weekend. I do really believe that there is something "in" grounding/earthing. I love the different textures of roads and footpaths but also try to go barefoot on grass and soils. Since I have been doing this regularly I feel so much better physically and mentally. I am sure it is no coincidence!
I discovered barefoot walking this past summer and the benefits of grounding. As soon as my bare feet hit the ground I feel relaxed, calm and energized .
My science classes were mostly busy work ........ memorization. I've learned a lot more just raising a few chickens.
C Clint Ober and Dr. Laura Koniver have several videos about grounding and the science behind it. I am not a science or medical person but they seem to know what they are talking about. They make a good case. I know anyone can say anything on YouTube and make claims, there is no way to verify much of what we see. All I know is I feel better when I walk barefoot on the earth, grass or a bed of mulch. I have less brain fog and my depression has just about disappeared. The way I see it God made the earth and us and His original intention was for people to be barefoot and naked.
