Greta Thunberg - Time for Discipline ?

Has a lack of discipline made Greta Thunberg a girl who disrespects her elders, shoots her mouth off and
appears as a spoilt brat? Does she deserve to be put over a knee and given a long hard spanking or is it
too late to deal with her insolent behaviour?

Personally, I'm very grateful that Greta Thunberg and her generation are as disciplined and respectful as they are.
If our grandchildren truly comprehended the legacy we've left them, in all of it's myriad implications, they'd murder us all in our sleep.

Greta is my personal hero, my lord and savor, and anybody who insults her insults my religion! Somebody has to stand up to all the fucking idiots destroying the planet and refusing to ever share their words and play nice.

 

Of course it is her generation that will pay the price for the calamity of climate change, not yours. It is a big chunk of today’s adults who continue to perpetuate the problem.

Unfortunately society doesn't seem enthusiastic about mining materials ethically so if we are to have global green energy it will probably be hoisted upon the backs of the poor and destitute, as usual the wealthy don't really pay for anything.

 

The Tower of Babel will fall soon enough, and what the idiots want will no longer be the issue. There are times when anger is the appropriate, life saving, response. Greta would make a horrible salesperson, which is why she is so well suited to the job. The world needs warriors, and none are more formidable than our children.

I think that the tide is turning for the whole world! And so, I'm a little entertained watching some of us stumble around and try to gather our wits. I guess I count myself among the lucky - I understand.

Not everyone has the benefit of education, and sadly I think that we who are sometimes are too ready to simply leave others behind.



So, if you didn't understand Greta or thought perhaps she was just a smart-mouthed kid as the thread title suggests (she needs discipline? huh??) the reality of pollution is too real.

We can't afford to wait until adults come around to the idea - they simply aren't doing it. We need more people like Greta Thunberg.
