The christopher reeve one came out in 77, didnt see it at the movies, but VHS got big around 83 , and it was one of the first movies I got, I would have been around 12/13

So probably somewhere in the vicinity of 10,000 tugs over a couple of years just on Christopher Reeve in the superman outfit alone.

It really was not I would have loved seeing gay people on smallville as a young teen but it never happened. There are no where near enough gays on tv certainly not teen gays coming into their own
