Greasy and Slow?

I find many true hippies to be pretty slow. Now I'm not referring to the youngster pseudo hippies that call them selves hippies cause it's en vogue, but the earthy older ones that just come across to me as being just brain-dead. I know the younger ones are just being idiots but what about the older, seasoned, stinky ones?

Even the non drug indulging ones are just a little bit dumber than the general population. I'm sure I'm not just seeing a mirage either.

I don't agree. I think most people are bright and inquisitive. Hippies really aren't.
