Most folks like hot cereal during the cold(er) months. I pay that no never mind and will eat it throughout the year. Today I made a batch for a week's worth of breakfast. Had to mix a bunch of grains together as I didn't have even amounts for a full cup of uncooked grain. This batch included red winter wheat berries, unhulled barley, farro, and groats. The result is quite tasty. Anyone have experience eating these grains. They're generally not too well liked in the USA.
