    763 covert "sneak-n-peek" operations (Entering houses without a warrant) in 2008:

    3 of those related to terrorism, which is why the bill was passed.

    760 were common, drug-related, criminal cases.

    If you did not consent to a search, which you didn't, by the cops using a dog to sniff the bag, that's unlawful search and seizure.

    A police dog is a "Police Officer". You denied a search and a COP [the dog] searched the bag. Id persure this with charges against the police.
