One of my favorites is Screamdelica by Primal Scream

Other than that, it really depends on the drug, but Screamadelica is always a staple.

That pic in your signature says it all. "The End" is an AMAZING song. The various parts of the song outline every aspect of a pawerful psychedelic experience. It starts off nice and mellow and keeps getting more and more intense until it reaches a peak, then the intensity decreases and just fades away. Trippy.

A few other favorites of mine:

"Set the controls for the heart of the sun" by Pink Floyd. The BEST song to listen to when you are trying to reach a zoned-out state of mind, it's just too damn short.

"What a wonderful world" by Louis Armstrong. I recently heard this song while tripping on shrooms and was at complete peace. The song also caused me to see all kinds of colors(even more so than previous trips) and everyone I looked at just seemed to be in absolute bliss even though they were just in their normal, everyday state of mind.

"Echoes" by Pink Floyd. Amazing, and it seems to go on forever.

"One of these days" by Pink Floyd. This song is suitable for every type of trip, it can cause you to just sit and zone out or cause you to run wild and go crazy.

There are many more, but I gotta go take a shit.

Have you ever heard the cover by Nico? Also really good, but even stranger than the original. I've never tried What a Wonderful World, but I'll have to try it next time.

Nah. Ive never even heard of Nico. Are they just a cover band or do they write their own music as well? What a wonderful world is a good tripping song IMO, but just make sure it's the Louis Armstrong version.

i go with any live dead.........a good "playin' in the band" will be able to take you to the furthest galaxy, one where you can hear secret messages in jerry's guitar........then they unravel it back and bring you back to reality........some string cheese is good if you wanna be in a really happy joyful mood. I love the interaction between lsd and music...take care
