Thank you for your quick responses. I am still wondering, though, how will I get free shipping if my order is <$50? Won't it simply add the shipping, causing me to not have enough money to pay for it? Is there any way for you to manually handle the order?

And yes, I would like a scale but I would feel really bad asking you for one since you are already hooking me and my friend up so much. I think I'll get one on my next order (or on your other site?). In case I have $10 extra for my order, could you please tell me how accurate the $10 scale is? I don't want any of my friends or dealers to get in trouble just cause the reading is inaccurate.

Free shipping is an option you can choose....The $10 scale I havent used. I would recommend the $15 one. The AMW 550. Great scale. I dont mind sending you one free.... I appreciate it, we could use the good word. Thank you!

i got the amw-blade400 scale from CGP and they work just fine. i think all digital scales go down to at the least .1 of a gram unless they are really expencive then they would be more accurate.

if ur getting free shipping it will just be a little box in the mail box. its shipped through regular mail theres no signing for anything and its delivered by the regular mailman.

i was going to make another order but i cant tell which shipping is free now so im just wondering if you got rid of the free shipping and the 2 free pipes. because last time that i ordered the shipping option said "free (over 49.99)" or something similar to that. so is standard the free shipping now or which one is it?

 

Hey, Heather! See, this is the problem I was talking about. My order comes to $47.98 with the 20% code. However, with $5 in shipping my Visa Gift card does not have enough money ($50 max)! How can this be worked around?

We have changed a few things, due to the fact that every day a new site pops up offering the same things we do as far as promtions. We seem to be the bar for all of our competiton. We were the pioneer of the free shipping and free pipe offer. You would never know now...So our response is to evolve it into something better. We think giving the customer the option to pick their free pipe is a much better way too go. We still offer free shipping, but its done with a coupon code. And we will use coupons to offer more promotions in the future. I apologize if the tweeking process distressed anyone. We were trying to see what worked best. it seems like the two free pipes that you have are actually kinda expencive from other parts of the site. i would have thought you would have just put th cheapest pipes you sell as the free ones but either way is good. i really like to make another order but ive been short on money here getting twards the holidays. that is a good idea to set up the free pipes that way now that you explained it. its gives more of an incentive to place a bigger order to get more pipes.

im glad that you found this forum its nice to know a business owner cares about their customers. i would have never thought u would have the time to look around for this type of a site.

here are the last 4 digits of my order # (make sure to check the note). contact me if any of the changes requested can be made. specifically, i would like to get the $25 frit pipe switched to theorange/black wig woo...the free pipe is less important. it is just disappointing to think that i am getting a sick pipe and free peice for $50, but then have to pay shipping and only got 1 free pipe
