Good Online Pipe sites??

    hopefully its just taking a long time i just cant wait to try out the ones i ordered :D

    im glad to hear that other people have had the same long wait that i am having. its not really a good thing but I feel better at least knowing that other people have had the same problem when they have ordered through this place. LOL

    I can't believe your buddy actually got an answer. I have called over 50 times and have never got one. Vito and Jerry make sure to keep me posted if you actually get your stuff. I plan to call my credit card company Monday to see if there is anything I can do. Good Luck!

    when i get my stuff i want to place another order. im still thinking they should send our stuff out. it says on their website that they only will contact if there is a delay so maybe everything is fine. it just seems really odd that they dont respond back unless they know its gonna be shipped soon.

    Odd first post but;

    I ordered mine on 9/27/07. The site says it should take 4-7 days to ship; meaning they have to actually make the pipe (atleast I think). Perhaps bongs take longer (seems logical, no?). It's been 10 business days and it hasn't been updated; I dunno what to think now. I've sent an email and a couple phone calls, no response at all. I tell you, if I don't get the 2 free pipes and free shipping (i ordered over 49.99) I'm going to be pissed off!

    I'm relieved to see that other people are having the same problem. I know that's an awful thing to say, but atleast I know I'm not the only one.

    thats good thats exactly why i made these threads lol. its nice to hear people are having the same problem(will not nice but relieving like you said lol). i also ordered over 49.99 so i hope i get the free pipes and shipping also. who knows how many people other then the few that have posted on here have placed orders also. so they must be really busy so hopfully everything will come through alright for all of us.

    Well Guys, I'm now convinced chunky glass is a scam. I sent a number of e-mails and left three messages, "saying where's my order." They will not respond. I decided to use a alternative e-mail address, and e-mail them as a prospective customer. I said I was interested in placing a large order and wanted the address to send it to, and also asked how long it would take. Assholes e-mailed back within 6 hours with the information. I contacted my credit card company and I am now in the process of an dispute to get my money back. I order tons of stuff on-line and have never had this happen before. I am on a mission now to make others aware of how these people operate. When you all realize that you too, have been scammed, I hope you do the same. I wish I was close to Washington, so I could beat some ass. I could give two shit's about the seventy six dollars, I just don't like to be ripped off.

    yea ive called a bunch of times and sent like 4 emails. i just dont understand why they wont respond back. other people have gotten their stuff no problem but it did take a while. it just seems like a reputable bussiness would contact their customers about their orders. its really disconcerting to email a place to ask something about placing an order and get a responce right away. but when people are complaining about thier orders they just blow them off.

    I just noticed they changed the number on their site today. It's still the same thing though....no answer. It's funny they would take the time to do that, but not respond to us. They were probally getting an abundance of calls, by pissed of customers.

    dude thats fucked up man the new number doesnt even ring it jus goes straight to the voicebox. this is stupid man i went with this site because of the good comments people said on here. now im thinking that the deal over 49.99 was to good to be true. if they were a good bussiness at all you would think they would at least respond to peoples emails. if i get scammed by this place ill be so mad all i wanted was a couple new pieces.     well ive done some searching on the web and i have found out that this site is pretty much a scam. they changed to chunky glass pipes because to many people were complaining about not getting products from northwestglassart. if you dont believe me just google northwestglassart and you will see tons of pages about fraud with the same outline is whats happening to us. i should have looked into it more before ordering. i thought i could trust the few people that had good experiences with chunky but i guess im out my 53 bucks.

    i have not gotten one responce back from the 5 emails i have sent. i paid with a money order and i cant use the order number i got for anything. maybe it will get shipped i only mailed the money order out last monday the 1st. hopefully it will come but ive read some mixed comments about how they do things.

    Hello everybody!

    I apologize about the current situation. I had to fire my entire customer service staff for stealing from me. I am currently trying to resolve this cluster fuck and I am about 200 orders behind right now. But considering it was 700+ on monday. Im doing pretty good. Please have just a bit more patience. Everybodys order will go out, I promise. If not I will issue a refund. My goal is to get everything caught up by tomorrow. If we dont have an item in stock we will be issuing refunds. Again, I am very sorry about this situation and the aggrevation its caused.

    PS Im not answering calls because my phone is understandably blowing up. I had to turn it off until Im caught up.

    thank you for spending the time to post on here for us. i knew you were busy but i didnt think that people would be stealing from you. the only thing on my order that ive noticed thats out of stick is the peace pouch. i hope that you can get everything caught up. im sorry i sent so many email i should have known you were busy.
