Any other gong fans here??????? I bought their angels egg album rom a specialist guy and aparrently they stopped making this album a while back. One of the best psychedelic bands of all time in my opinion

i was going to post the same thing . me and my friend mike (rainbowkid) are planning to go there. its going to rock.
Was there last year and was a fantastic event with Here and Now and House of Thandoy really rocking the place. Just of to see Here and Now, Arthur Brown, Space Ritual, System 7 in the Farm in Chapel St Leonards near Skegness this weekend at a space rock festival there.
Cold, Wet and Muddy but the music was good. Big Top sound system went down but did not affect enjoyability of the weekend as moved venue to an indoor room. Here and Now, Space Ritual, Mr Quimby's beard, Bubbledubble were excellent. Missed lots of Friday as took 4hours drive to get there in the rain.
Hard to tell as there seemed to be a lot of guests and artists, I would think 200 - 300 paying people. The other good things to mention it was in the middle of knowhere. The bar never closed. The one food stall had a varied if a bit hit and miss selection of food but most importantly could of but didn't rip you off. Beef Curry £3.00. If is was sunny the beach was 100 yards away but have to scramble under barbed wire and over a bridge to get there. Long haul up to Skegness just for one day and 2 nights but would definately consider it for next year.
I love gong......oh if you like Gong then look out for Ozric Tentacles and Eat Static!!! Peace out, Xxx Ingrid xxX
