I'm going to possibly meet happyhahagirl in a month, because I'll be in Nashville to watch my golden gophers steamroll over alabama in the music city bowl on dec 31. It should be fun.

There should be one giant Hipforums meeting...like a HipFestival!!!

Pick a location, get a permit to rent it for a few days, get everyone together and have live music and stuff like that...it would be really kick ass!

 

I think there already is, I read a thing about it earlier, its not just hip forums but I think its basicly ran by them or somthing, 10-20k people show up from what I read.

Sooo.. it's the end of the afternoon now over here.. this morning I dropped Monosphere of at the trainstation so he can go to Amsterdam to meet up with 'Taylor' (also forummember) there. I'm gonna join them again tomorrow evening and I think Claire (also forumm.) will join us as well later that evening. Should be fun! As long as this damn flu epidemic doesn't catch up with me everything should be fine and dandy

 

Greetings and shit from the heart of Amsterdam! Actually, I'm not completely sure where I am. We're just a little stoned. But I'm sure we'll find our way... eventually. Tamsyn is here with me typing away. We met up a little late due to a late train. But meet we did and thankful I was. We decided that we were feeling lazy, so instead of walking, we'd take a taxi. None of the drivers knew where to go. no luck there. So we had to walk with directions from the internet, praying that they were correct. WEll, we found it. It's cute!!! TWin beds on either side of our room, tv, boombox, and small fridge included. Also with a shared bathroom and kitchen. The toilet and shower stall are right next to each other. I mean RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER!!! I can shit, shower, and shave all at the same time! It's the American Dream!!!

Anyway, Tamsyn and I exchanged gifts. She brought me a shitty beer from Israel, and some things collected from the Holy Lands. Water from the Jordan, olive oil, and stones from Jerusalem. One of the things I had given her was a CD with songs from her birth year, 1985. Well, we took a quick listen through and she she got to Dead or Alive's "You Spin Me Round", She sang right along (good voice, I must say) and kept on singing or humming it right out the door, down the small road, and across the bridge. It was cute! I had that song stuck in my head from the houseboat to an outdoor market, which I believe is one Corina brought to my attention. We bought a small pipe for later use. And some shitty hemp candies that tasted like chemicals. Nasty stuff. We made out way until finding this small coffeeshop. Yup. We toked it up. Guys, this shit gave me the weirdest body high I've ever experienced from weed. I gotta take this stuff easy. We started roaming around until we found pretty bright lights. And now we're strolling around looking for food and internet. One goal has been met. Next one is craving these damned munchies. Anyway, time to go. Gotta find a couple of bars and clubs.
