Going from one extreme to another

    walking rapidily for 20 minutes in 0 degree F. weather and then coming into 70 deg. F weather SUCKS.

    you feel ALLL off balance....blah.

    Ummmm..... I don't think going into a warmer place sucks unless you're already hot

    um, when you have like frost bite or something you are not supposed to put your hands under hot water..instead luke warm or neutral water...

    the two extremes can hit you and weird you out or worse...


    edit- altho i guess i was cold and hot at the same time... from bundling up and walking fast
