God does not exist

I observed that fact. I observed also that you gave a depiction of the character of something you insist doesn't exist. You would make the illusion true by trying to give it observable character. If god does not exist then the illusion is dispelled.
I must assume god to exist as nearly everyone does the same thing, giving character to god, fictional or otherwise.

Capital letter Faith is a belief not based on proof while lower lettered faith is the confidence that something will happen.

I have Faith that God exists. - There is no proof of His existence.

I have faith that the sun will rise tomorrow. - It rises everyday, of which there is proof that lends credence and builds confidence.

 

Both is faith in my book. Just because I don't have the proof for God the next day doesn't mean my faith in its existence is different than your faith in tomorrow's sunrise.
