non-christian, non-grinch: happy solstice peace week, happy universal wonder of strangeness,
and pretty colored lights and the magic of snow on the ground and the smell of pine needles
(although we haven't seen snow since the previous spring where i live in northern nevada)
(that jesus guy was cool too, but he didn't start channeling that god who chose him to be channeled by,
until he was 30, and whatever day he was born on, it is much more likely to have been tward the end of what is now october,
which before julius and agustus were added to the calander, was december, which is to say, the tenth month)
but it WAS the SOLSTICE on the 21st, which i quietly celebrated at home by myself, making pictures, and enjoying
those made by others.
