I've booked flights and hotel to Goa for March/April. Going for 17 nights to chill, relax and free my soul. I plan not to wear shoes for the whole time I'm there. Has anyone been recently and can you tell me how barefoot friendly places are? Being a hippie cultured beach area I assume it's very barefoot friendly.

Amazing place, I went a couple years ago and can't wait to go back. Yea I'm sure it would be fine to go barefoot.

yeah, for sure, barefoot in Goa is not a problem.

Anjuna, Baga, Vagator used to be wonderful but hightly developed now - still some quiet beaches to be found further south nearer Margao.

    Enjoy,

    Simon

Ah I went there last month and stayed in Calangute as well.

I suggest you search for accommodation in Anjuna...

I went to my first rave party at Shiva Valley last month in Goa. It kicked ass, but I guess your right, Goa isn't some trance-rave capital, atleast not now...
