I've booked flights and hotel to Goa for March/April. Going for 17 nights to chill, relax and free my soul. I plan not to wear shoes for the whole time I'm there. Has anyone been recently and can you tell me how barefoot friendly places are? Being a hippie cultured beach area I assume it's very barefoot friendly.
yes it is, try to hang out in anjuna, vagator, morjim and arambul, hippy trial follows, regards, harry.
Amazing place, I went a couple years ago and can't wait to go back. Yea I'm sure it would be fine to go barefoot.
yeah, for sure, barefoot in Goa is not a problem. Anjuna, Baga, Vagator used to be wonderful but hightly developed now - still some quiet beaches to be found further south nearer Margao. Enjoy, Simon
Have fun there its an awesome place!! if you love Psychedelic trance music then be sure to visit Shiva Valley pub on Anjuna beach. Have a safe journey and have fun..... peace.
Ah I went there last month and stayed in Calangute as well. I suggest you search for accommodation in Anjuna...
goa ain't what it used to be... just so you know... i wouldn't go there... recommend you look for pastures new... sorry :leaving:
I went to my first rave party at Shiva Valley last month in Goa. It kicked ass, but I guess your right, Goa isn't some trance-rave capital, atleast not now...
i mean, it's just gone all commercial and yucky.... it used to have a real good vibe, now, not so much...
