    What is the best exercise for glutes? .. how much, how often to get results?

    Hold like 5-15 lb. weights in your hands (whatever weight you feel comfortable with). And do walking lunges. I'd say two sets of 20. The next day your ass will burn.

    there are sooo many!!!
    slimb stairs, that'll work your thighs at the same time

    instead of driving to the store ride your bike, things like that
