Naturally I havn't used one ! However there as a similar thread on another forum . One main advantage that came up is that temperature play is possible ie placing it in a fridge for some time before using it. Hot summers night play comes to mind provided you get a decent summer of course . Another opinion is that they are easier to clean . It can become more of a couples toy as well as it looks perhaps less intimidating that a proper dildo. Some guys psyche may see dildos as them being inadequate and not satisfying their partner . That's not my view . They tend to need a bit more lube than the silicone types and are of course not as flexible . I am guessing here that more care is needed when using one .
IDK, glass would clean easily, but it would be rigid and less life like, I think it would be great for a butt plug but silicone gets the nod for a dildo...
I've always enjoyed my glass dildo, both solo and when my gf uses it on me. It's super easy to clean, it's always hard, and it never complains.
Oh and I swear sometimes it helps with the dishes when I put it in the dishwasher for a good clean. It might be post masturbation positivity but I think the dishes come out cleaner...
Glass toys are awesome, they do not feel natural but what they do is excite you in some unexpected ways same as metal toys the best effect is when they're cold, well not freezing cold, room temperature, some might feel a bit uncomfortable but if you spend your time and choose the right shape/size and pattern you will not be disapointed
My wife has a glass one, she loves it. Slip it into the fridge for a short time and the sensations are heightened even more.
