I always make plenty of noise. I'm just overwhelmed by how amazing everything feels...I don't scream, per se, but I moan very loudly and breathe heavily. I do it when I masturbate, too.

 

Cuff, you asked why it affected us guys....well, I cant' speak for all of them, but I can say, for me, it reaches down and hits something feral and primal...it's like...hmmm..how to explain...catching the scent of a woman's hair, or feeling her press against you and scratch her nails down your chest....when I can take a woman from mouse quiet to screaming, that means she's generally being honest (and there are ways to tell that can't be faked....not that all guys know these, but if you know what to look for...evil grin) and feels secure and safe enough with you to open up and be vulnerable, which is, in itself, a very sexy feeling for a guy...screaming like that also makes me feel desired, and turns me on even more.

For the girls that I've been with they either scream or scratch, scratching seems to be a scream detterant for when privacy is needed. I prefer scratches because they make a great show off item, and screaming hurts my ears. But I think both are way hot.
