Well, I'm going to say it depends. A guy could have a 7 inch vibrating tongue and it wouldn't get me off. I've never been able to cum with a guy, no matter how much of a deep, passionate, open relationship I have had with him. With the 2 guys I have been with like that, they knew I don't cum and so faking it isn't an issue. Even on my own it's an arduous, uphill battle and I can be horny as anything but if I'm not EXACTLY in the right mindset or if I lose concentration for even a second, it's all over.
