isn't it legal to go topless in new york? didn't the topfree seven (from right here in rochester) win their case? i think the law says it's legal as long as you aren't doing anything "lewd", although i don't know what the legal definition of "lewd" is.

i'd go topless if i could. i get so miserable with summer heat. my boobs are large and somewhat saggy, but that's what happens when you nurse a baby (which is what they're for!) i nurse my daughter in public and i don't cover up under a shawl or something because she hates it and i see no reason why i should. i go topless all the time at starwood (and sometimes bare it all.) i don't have a young, pretty body anymore, not after 3 pregnancies. having a baby is hell on your body. but i love my body anyway and see no reason why i should be ashamed of it. a body's a body. that's one thing i learned as a figure artist: every body's beautiful, all in different ways.


unless it's a really fat ugly guy with a tiny penis. they should all wear pants, even in the shower. (just kidding! )

I absolutely agree... It's ironic how our society (both in USA and Canada) are particular on what is morally acceptable in our society - it's not okay for women to go topless in a lot of places, or for two men to marry each other, but it's okay to reinstate the draft so we can mail our youth to some foreign country so they can get shot.
