Well different to their definition, but in that context I was talking about the type of girl that can get them to pay through the nose, whatever that is.

Not that their definition is the same, the goldiggers are usually a certain type, a whole lot of time and effort into their looks, not all that interested in sex themselves, think all men are children or at least pretend too. Where as the girl that lands the hot tradie type guy as a husband is usually the opposite, chubby, too horny to function, thinks all guys are sex on legs.

As a girl which in the end are you better off being?

The goldiggers spend their 20s learning to withhold sex to get stuff, and if they are smart about it and save some of that, or use it to put themselves through college then fair enough. Doesnt happen all the time cos they are also addicted to getting attention in general and blow the money.

Whereas the chubby tradies wife spends her 20s learning the exact opposite, keep your man happy, you dont get to like 6 kids by withholding sex, not so concerned about the bling, cos we are going to have to put them through college later on.


Anyway, OP is only really complaining about the golddiggers, and they do tend to attract a certain type of guy. So OP is really complaining he prefers the chase rather than the catch, maybe gets too bored too quick once he gets the catch, maybe a little angry at himself that he's more interested in the chase than sex.

As for my definition of a hot chic, the prettiest girls arent even girls, the hottest chics arent even chics

i agree.real confidence is an inside job. looks are only skin deep.good looks without healthy inner confidence is'nt a woman or a man for that matter really cuttin' it.someone told me once that i remind them of julia roberts.nice compliment of course as she is very pretty. but the most important thing ta me is no matter how good ya look on the outside,is feelin' good about yourself on the inside.i'm lucky.cos i have loadsa confidence in myself as a person.i'd like every woman and man ta feel that way and be happy.

That`s funny, I tend to notice different things.

a) Hot chicks who walk arm-in-arm with trophy hot guys at the mall, but I get the feeling they are really fucking old guys. There`s never real intimacy in their interaction, at least in public. Almost the opposite of the craigslist post; young guys being inexperienced and usually impressionable about hot chicks, even if they don`t have much, will still go to their last cent to shower dinners and drinks on chicks; but said chicks are actually after middle-aged guys who, might not have the young boyish looks, but can actually make them cum; enter the daddy-seeker.

b) Hot chicks who put on make up every day with landing a husband in mind, like mommy, and they don`t stay hot chicks for long. By age 30, they have 2 kids, and a saggy belly; enter the co-dependent, who always refers to herself as "we" and mentions her husband in every single sentence she says.

c) Hot chicks who have greater ambition than free drinks and dinner, or being someone`s loving shadow, have to go right ahead and put their pretty lips around some old cock; but, I`m talking real old and quasi-impotent. Then, if they were only dabbling with being freeloading sluts in their youth, now they have decided to be career prostitutes, and the craiglist post exemplifies that; enter the I`m-not-a-whore whore.

Now, I think these girls will fuck young guys for pleasure, but they are usually run-of-the-mill guys, not the hot ones because the hot guys need more validation than career prostitutes, obviously. Hot guys want to prove to themselves that they can pick up, only they suck at it. But, even if these chicks are able to land hot guys, said hot guys will be bored of them on the 2nd week of dating, or, at most, the 2nd year of marriage. It's all a social-validation thing for hot guys, after all. And, hot chicks can`t fuck.

If you didn`t need social validation, why would you spend money on chicks who don`t like fucking rather than on an actually honest hooker?

Of course, as we can see in the craigslist post, these chicks are all in denial as to what their profession really is, and will say something ignorant about honest prostitutes multiple times a day. And so will their sucker boyfriends.

So, my message to the OP: smart, regular dudes finish first. My only real hunch is that you can`t worship two whores in this game. Either you worship attention-whores or you worship actual whores. Take your pick.

If you worship the first, then it`s like Vanilla`s said: you might like the chase rather more than the actual sex. And, finally, you might find that if you worship actual whores, attention-whores might fuck you anyway, out of feeling neglected.
