Jabbar was a Sufi enlightened sage who lived in the tenth century A.D.

The english term 'gibberish' stems from his name. Jabbar used to speak whatever came to mind, and make all sorts of meaningless words and sounds as part of his meditation.

I have practiced this technique at times and found it mentally and physically relaxing and useful to get rid of stress and strains.

Once I practiced this technique in my garden , and found it humorous to see my dog coming up to me anxiously to see if I was okay. :p
