Getting Pregnant... Or Not!

Extremely good questions to ask. Maybe this woman is meant to have a baby. But then maybe she isnt. I have no idea why these questions produced a "lol" from her. So she doesnt care about the effects of bringing a new life into the world?(thats how it seems) Then its really not a good idea to do it

Fine for people who adopt, or realise exactly what theyre doing and plan to make the baby consume as little as possible and put their heart and soul into it...but someone who laghs at the suggestion that the world may not need another person? Hmm

Harshness or whatever, i dont care. Its got to the point where i cant even bloody move around the streets without having to wade through young mothers, kids and pushchairs

I will adopt, when the time is right. This may not be right for you, you may be destined to have a baby, which is fine. But please dont laugh at people who are only looking at the bigger picture

To be honest I dont see how you can judge me on whether i "care about the effects of bringing a new life into the world" when you dont even know me.

For your infomation this is something that has been thought through VERY carefully for many years and alot of planning has gone into it.

I did NOT laugh at adoption as I think people who adopt are wonderful people and I have alot of respect for people who choose this path.

YES i do think your post was harsh & I dont like the attitude you took towards me in the post as though i just want a baby for the sake of it.

I am pregnant and will be a good mother & dont need people like you making pre judgements without asking for a clear explanation of what the lol in my post actually meant.

Im pretty sure smoking can cause a decrease in fertility.
Every person is different though. See a doctor.

 

Sadly I lost the baby a few weeks ago.

The good news is im still not smoking.

 

Sorry to hear you lost the baby. Congrats on not smoking though...don't give in. Maybe you should look into being one of those wonderful adoptive parents when the time is right?

hmmm....i hate hearing comments like the one above mine. my husband and i have been trying for a year now with no luck....most people around here on the forums know it devestates me every day that i havent made it to parent status yet...every month my period comes i shut myself in my bedroom and go into what most would call a depressed state i guess...i hate it...it seems like every effort is lost and doesnt work...i feel the pain of trying to concieve and nothing happening...its easy for a pregnant woman to tell a woman whos been trying forever to not worry it will happen when the tmes right. sure easy for u to say. your happy......

 

Trust me its even harder when you've been trying to conceive for ages, finally get pregnant.... then have it all taken away. Words cant describe the way im feeling right now.

i'm sorry if my comment seemed insensitive. I just was trying to give some hope and i meant to go along with the comments that maybe adoption is a possibility. I just mean that there could be more than one path to take. I'm sorry if I offended you. I know it must be harder than I could ever imagine. I am sorry and I really do wish you the best.

 

Dont worry, I understand you didnt mean it like that it just came across as if you were saying it didnt matter id lost my baby cos I can keep trying and have another.

Its difficult for people who havent been through a miscarriage to understand but to be honest its ripped my world apart, I wont go into great details of how im feeling but its bad!
