Dakota loves to help cook. We're making Black Bean Enchiladas today. He helps me make bread two or three times a week as well.

The trick to encouraging anyone to follow any diet is good cooking. Now, I'm not saying make great vegetarian food and only tasteless, overcooked meat dishes, but - it's a plan. As Nixon said, "it would be wrong ... but we could do it".

How is this ignorance? Yes, there are many, many omnivores with bad eating habbits (probably the majority of them), and Im not antivegetarian or antivegan, thats just whatever floats your boat and its your right as an American (Unless you are one of those PETA Ecoterrorists who hate humans all together and screw animals on a regular basis). An infant DIED because her parents were vegans and forced it upon her. Her breast milk wasn't suitable for the child because she didn't take the right amount of vitamins, soy milk certainly wasn't doing it, and trying to feed a 1 month old apple juice is a terrible idea. The parents were convicted in court of first degree man slaughter and will spend life in prison. All Im saying is stick with the basics, use baby formula, and don't be a pioneer with your baby that would risk your child's health (such as soy milk).
