Thankfully no. Not sure how common STDs through oral is. Your mouth and stomach can kill a lot of germs. But I am sure there may be exceptions.
I've never gotten an STD from receiving a blow job but I did contract Acute Hepatitis "B" from giving a guy a blow job and swallowing his load.
