Depending on where one goes to school for massage makes all the difference in how these situations are handled. There's two schools of thought on the matter, no pun intended. (This also includes Lingam and Yoni massage as well.)

There are some that are in the profession, that think if they give into "happy endings" that they are sacrificing their dignity and morality for accepting money to give one.

Then there's also those who don't look at it that way, that they are being paid to massage and genitals are just another part of the body and regarded no differently than, say, an elbow.

Though I am sure those Massage personnel who work in spas and establishments where there is more than one masseuse or massage therapist has signed a written agreement regarding the types of massages offered at the place.
