im the same exact way man, im way more willing to flirt and such when im drunk but if im high or acually even sober for that matter i just get nervous and sometimes ill get a really bad twitch (which is never fun when your trying to impress a girl) and dont know what to say to them, i just havent socialized much or gone to parties or anything, something i should start doing again.
