gentleman - facial hair poll

I've always wanted shaved with one of those. Can't find a single place that does it any more. Too much liability, or so they say.

currently, i shave with a double-edge slant bar razor

they still have places that give shaves with a straight edge, just have to do some looking for them. i've read a good deal about it. supposedly incredibly relaxing and lots of guys falls asleep during it

 

I've also heard that it's hands down the best shave you can ask for.

I'm too lazy to go looking. I'll run across a vintage barber shop one day, I'm sure.

mustaches arent hot.

beards are.
stubble is too.
sideburns.
basically everything but a mustache.

makes you look older, not in a good way.

unless its a funky skinny one and youre jacked like stinkfoot or pimped out.

 

haha, i'm not surprised that nobody has posted they have a moustache and nothing else....


saying you wear a moustache and nothing else....might as well say you're either a cop or a middle aged gay man....

not that i think theres anything inherently wrong with either, i just dont know many men that wear a simple moustache that dont fall into one of those groups or the other

Ive always rocked the burnz look........ its underrated in my opinion!

 

Ive been lazy, though, and havent shaved in awhile, so beard growin in with the burnz...... but uhh I think Ill shave the beard here in the next couple of days and give myself some mutton chopz

 

I want a full beard but can't grow facial hair

the simple stache is for cops and gays. and very forein europeans.


i have a goatee and nothing else.


i cannot grow the connectors from a mustache to goatee either. it sucks i wish i could. then i would have both again. i used to wear it like that but i looked stupid so i started shaving the stache.

i have to shave for work (we're allowed sideburns and a goatee, but they can't connect, and i look weird like that). i technically need to shave at least every other day, but i've figured out the way to only shave twice a week. i shave monday morning for work monday and tuesday. i have wednesays off usually, then i shave thursday morning for thursday and friday. i still work saturday and sunday, but the bosses are unlikely to appear those days, so i'm safe to grow my sexy beard for a couple days a week...

i should incorporate a system like that. Im not required to shave at my job, but i personally dont want to be a scraggleface either. sometimes i feel ugly if i dont shave for a week and a half and i got three different lengths of hair growin out my face every which way and all that shit

Even tho i would like to, i can't grow that much facial hair so i look like a freaking teenager. Can't stand it.

 

damn, we do look pretty similar....

and i havent seen that picture of me in a few years man. its a pretty good representation of what i look like currently (haven't cut my hair in a few weeks, but the facial hair is relatively short on me) cept i've been wearing glasses the past two years

my hair i just the wrong length....long enough so i should stop washing it with bar soap, but short enough it wont lay down proper...

i'm trying to decide if i should tough it out and grow it out long again, like i used to have my hair.

i dunno, man...i want long hair, but i dont want to wait for it
