There are topical sprays. Then, your diet. Cut way down on sugar and carbs. They cause those problems.
No experience. I would just recommend paying more attention to hygiene and being more careful with your sexual practices.
Go buy the cream they make for women's yeast infections and use that. Or, you know, see a doctor. Even a pharmacist.

I think they just call it something different for a dude, like thrush. I call it thrush, because it's nicer and I only ever got it once, turns out I'm sensitive to flavoured lubricants.
