    it's not that little urban legend thing. it's o'reilly. he's demanding that the oil companies take a 20% profit loss by lowering oil prices, and if they don't, boycott buying gas on every sunday until december. and yes, that would definitely hurt the oil companies.
    dianne sawyer even asked the president about it this morning. he avoided the question.
