I want to get ICO but it is really hard to find. The game stores around here always have shadow of the colossus which I have and would not part with.

I am not into older games since I never played them and I don't consider myself a gamer but I like easy titles.

I can't play those games above because I suck at aiming or FPS.

 

I love board games, esp. Settlers of Catan, Risk and Trivial Pursuit.
video wise I used to play the Sims2 alot but not so much anymore.
I love poker too.

 

i saw ICO on amazon for 30$ used, so i said fuck that.
other than that havent seen it anywhere.
im about to go to blockbuster and never return Shadow of the Colossus.

I'm currently playing FFII on the snes on my psp, along with valkryia chronicles on the PS3 and a good helping of CoD4 / 5

No ones meantioned rouge-likes yet. I had moria on my amiga, and have probably played several weeks worth of ZAngband (2.4.2c I think, with the old wilderness) which is my fav.

I also have an EVE account but it doesn't see a great deal of use (22M Skill Points and fuck all cash for anyone interested)

As for best game of all time it's got to be shadow of the colossus, I has t3h tattoo! It looks sooooo good upscaled on the PS3. Hellodreadhead has my copy atm, maybe all the fanboyism in this thread will encourage her to actually play it and see why it is imho the most important game ever.

 

you think worth buying a ps2 just for that, and probably ico, also maybe the god of war games, which i missed out on since i didn't have a ps2 at the time? oh, also katamari damacy, lol.

edit: alternate option - save up some money and get myself a ps3. which do you think is a better option? i already have a 360 btw.

sell it and get a ps2 and n64
way better games overall

 

n64 i've got covered - i use a 360 controller (wired) plugged into my computer, and project 64 to emulate n64 games. works pretty well most of the time.

 

Sell the xbox, it will probably die soon anyway.

I'd say get a ps2 unless there are games on the ps3 you like, or you can get the ps3 and have a blue ray player too. I am a sony fangirl so boo on microsoft.

Id say get a PS3 (one that can upscale PS2 games) but this is coming from someone with a history of massive TV's, and it see's a lot of use as a multimedia center as it'll play pretty much anything you throw at it movie wise, and you can stream shit too it and blueray, and I can remote in from my PSP and and and....

TBH if you haven't got a high def TV, or your only interested in games but there is nothing for the PS3 that gets you excited then your probably as well off with a PS2 if you just want to play SotC / ICO

Ive played alot of games wasted alot of time on mmos like runescape, eve, WoW, and pretty much every other free mmo I have given it a try.
MMOS are more of my favorite I'm playing this weird game called mabinogi right now

Amarr, most of the SP are in gunnery. It can fly BS and exhumers. Great tank but most of the PVP related skills are shit. It's in a 2 man corp with my mate, he ran the account when I decided I couldn't be fucked any more but then he talked me back into playing. Thats pretty much it. There was an incident a few months back where I lost 2 abbaddons in the space of about 15 min which hit me to the tune of about 400mill after you factor in equipment and that, now I just piss about and all the cash goes to the corp.

 

I'd love to get a SexBox, but I can't afford it at the mo. On the PC I play Black & White, and World Of Warcraft. Well I'm just starting out and learning the ropes with the help of me bf so meh xD

I used to play Runescape alot, I really miss it- although people say its really shit... I love it!!! I might start playing it again ^^

I'm not a big gaming person, but when I do find a good game, and when I'm bored I do stick to it for a long time ^^
