Fundraising Ideas?

you got fired for being a putz. and now you're being a putz here - most people have too much pride to beg.

 

everyone seems misguided from the point, and the point is the kid's tryin' to raise his own money

it's honorable enough i think

what's happened has happened, and for fuck sake it happened to him, not to any of us, what does it matter anymore?

basically, apply to every single freakin' job you can't get a ride to

help friends' parents, help relatives, try and do stuff for people

even if they don't pay you, it's good enough you helped 'em, helpin' people always pays off anyhow

Asking for donations is begging.

 

You are a pianist with a regular paying gig. Great! There are bands that could use your skill on a fill in basis. Hell, hat money is better than nothing. Is there a recording studio that needs an on call pianist. Do you know a vocalist that needs a back-up. Man, you have a regular paying gig!! At your age!! Do you know how rare that is? Wow! Use it!!

Also, if you also play guitar, bring it with you to Germany. There might be opportunities to make a few Euros under the table.

I wasnt asking for donatoins from you guys, why woudl I do that? I was asking if anyone here knew of places I could get donations, or any fundraising ideas.
