at my high school you would be EXPELLED for having even an unopened package of rolling papers. fucking tight ass shit. i hate living here, smoking helps me with that though

The hell, they won't even take your cigarettes or lighters away at my old school. Good thing too cause I always kept them in my coat, and I always used my coat as a pillow, and when I'd pick it up off the desk shit would always fall out of the pockets

 

i smoked all throughout highschool since i was 13... we used to smoke on and off campus and never got caught

one time i rolled an L in spanish class because the power went out, forget what grade that was in
but in conclusion you and your friends are dumbasses u should be able to not get caught no matter what your doing... unless your shitfaced then its understandable

I've smoked at school, mind you the teachers are open minded, but they would never support it for the fact that its "illegal". I have had many conversations with my teachers and am very open about it. Our drug counsellor is a good friend and we understand each other and are very honest together. My teachers have noticed before, red eyes and have talked to me openly. Its not something that i do habitually at school because its very intense to be stoned there, though its also comforting, seeing it in a new way. All in all it really depends on your environment and attitude towards it, and also your love for sensamillia

 

i went to highschool stoned all the time..

i would just try to never have weed on me in school, or if i did i would not go to school high or do anything that would have drawn attention to me..

cause if i was in school and stoned but i didnt have drugs on me.. well then im not stoned.. i just got allergies i could definitely lie myself out of them thinking im high.. its all in how you act. but if you happen to have a bag of grass on you when they search you, then the picture changes entirely and you are totally fucked.

anyways i studied auto collision repair for my junior and senior year, and at like 11 in the morning, after the first few periods we would have to drive to this other school to take the class. and we didnt have to be to that class till 12:30, and it was like 10 minutes away lol... so that gave us like an hour and a half everyday at lunch to smoke up. and i even smoked in the class a few times, because in the garage we worked in, it had a sectional wall exhaust fan that was huge and built into the wall, to suck up paint particles, the dust from body filler and smoke/exhaust and such.. anyways you could take off one of the filters and step right inside this exhaust fan and smoke up and it would take the smoke instantly up out of the building.. an autobody garage always has a bunch of smells to cover up weed smoke anyways.. rust burning from welding, sanded body filler, burned paint from grinders, paint being sprayed.. etc etc..

 

if ur a big enough tool to let them search you... legally they cant even touch you they are not police...

 

yaa your right dude they try that shit so much and im just like fuck off. Lesson learned im never smoking at school I dont even like smoking before school its cold, dark, and im tired the rest of the day. I usually go out and smoke once or twice a day sometimes 3 times but im done with that. Its really not worth it when I can do it at home without as much hassle.

 

This is not true, the school authorities have every legal right to search you, you're a minor on government property. This has in fact been established in court law

yes but unlike with the police you cannot get charged with resisting a search and if you decide to walk away from the security guard you cannot be charged with resisting arrest
so the only thing these laws do is protect the city from being sued for searching students; but really in no way gives any criminal penalties for students smart enough to not allow security to search them
if you get searched by school security guards youre a tool period

 

if you don't they call the cops on you and the cops search you, personally i prefer not having cops involved

 

Uhhhh but if school authorities try to search you and you take off you get EXPELLED fool. In most cases schools have MORE legal rights as far as searching than the police, and if you refuse they'll just call the police. You haven't a clue what you're talking about.

You have to weigh your circumstances I suppose. When I was in high school a friend of mine had some weed and acid in his car and got ratted on for smoking. They asked to search his car and he just left school. He got expelled, but avoided jail I suppose...

 

thats funny because nothing in your post contradicted what was in my post... i didnt say whether or not you would get expelled i said there were no criminal penalties as in going to court for possession

in fact the last sentence in your post shows why i am right... your buddy did not get charge with resisting a search because security guards are not law enforcement
