I'm really getting sick of this hot flash business. And the emotionality. Damn, I can cry over anything. My husband and I were out to dinner one night last week and several times throughout the meal I was a broiling and sweating - embarrassing and icky! I'm trying to use natural remedies to deal with it but they aren't helping. For those ladies out there in a similar boat, what did you decide to do? Hormone replacement therapy or not?
Has to be the way... I used it for 6 months after an early hysterectomy. Boy was i pleased. The relief was amazing..i tried alternatives...none worked... What i did find though, an old wives tail, but worked.. First thing in the morning, warm water and lemon juice Plenty of water through out the day. Light foods such as salads... Lots of walking. I tried a few tabs in the beginning, but the patches worked great in the end. There is no reason why women have to suffer this anymore...so go get them patches
