Well, I left to go to petco to get some filters for aquarium. I stop in MacDonalds first to eat. While in there I try to send a Western Union money transfer online with my phone. I fuck around with that for a while but before I throw my phone out of frustration I decide I better just do it in person even tho it is a little bit cheaper online. Well I go to the closest locaton that does Western Union money transfers. I get there and it's not the type with the forms you fill out it's the type where there's a phone and you have to call. Of course it's loud in there and there's static on the line. I make sure they have all the correct information and have them repeat back to me to make sure that it's correct. They give me the pin number and I go up to the register to pay and come to find out they left one letter out of my name!! So I have to call back to fix it. I ended up having to call 5 fuckin times and talk to 5 different people and they screwed it up each time but in a different way. First the name, then they got the wrong address for me. Then they fixed that but somehow got the amount wrong! I told them not to change any of the other information either and the repeated back to me the correct information but somehow STILL fucked it up!! Each time I called they put me on hold for a long time SEVERAL times each call. I finally said fuck it and decided I better call another place and ask them specifically if they have the phone or the forms with a live person to do the transfer. So I find a place and go there and it's a piece of cake, they got it right the first time. I really wanted to fuckin scream at those people on the phone...I feel like they HAD to be doing it on purpose. I also really wanted to complain about it but didn't because I'm sure they would just put me on hold for a really long time and it wouldn't do anything anyway. Infact, they would probably like it, hearing how pissed off I was and knowing that they had succeeded. I hate that western union phone! There always seems to be something wrong with the phone, usually static on the line and you can't seem to hear them very well, and they probably can't hear you very well either. All it takes is a small error to fuck it up, spelling a name wrong or something. They had to have done it on purpose tho, cuz I told them it better be right this time and had them repeat the information back to me, which was correct but when I went to pay at the register it was wrong in the system so idk! Also, you have to go thru an automated menu before you get to talk to a person. After calling so many times you know which buttons to press to get thru the menu quickly but it seems you have to actually listen to it and let it finish before you press the button or it won't go to the next prompt and you have to listen to it again!
muahhahahaha, rat works for western union:devil: is that how you were paying for the filters? i've never known anyone to use western union.
No, I paid for the filters the regular way after I got that done and was all rained on and pissed off. The western union was for some kind of crystals/powder stuff. There better not be any more problems with it. I tried to pay with a credit card but it got declined. That shit would have been here by now. Now I get to wait for a tracking number, then I get to check it every 10 minutes to see if it's been updated
I used western union to transfer money to their account one time when they had some difficulties and did not have a problem with the transfer. Only experience I have had with them.
Did they speak English? It seems like most of the people who work these jobs read scripts and don't know how to understand anything that's not on their script.
yea, they spoke English. I made them repeat the shit back to me and they seemed to get it right but it still somehow ended up in the system wrong. Those people should be fired.
Why buy that shit online? Or telegraph or whatever the fuck you just did. Paper trails are not your friend.
It's not like they're gonna investigate me since the only person who knows I ordered that shit is the person I ordered it from...and it's a very reputable source, used them many times before. I mean I guess it's always possible for something to go wrong but the shit isn't explicitly illegal or any listed chemical. If it was something I was really concerned about, I would go about it differently making damn sure there would be no starting point for an investigation...and any starting point would be a dead end.
