    Now, if you're arrested on possession charges, wouldn't the cop have to read you your rights afterwards?

    intent to distribute? I dont know about your state but here you dont get with intent to distribute unless its more than an ounce and you have it in separate baggies.

    Intent to distribute is an ounce here... I believe. And it doesnt matter how many baggies you got on you, if you have it-you get busted. And cops dont always read you your rights.
