As far as the homeless, it is a travesty, a shame, makes me ill. I think the powers that be like the homeless and the very poor though, they don't want them to disappear. The poor and homeless serve a great purpose for the rich: Scaring the shit out of the middle class. :afro: Also-Sandy killed a lot of people in Haiti, didn't hear too much about that. I do like politics and keeping up with current events. Back to the topic: I hate the elections too, nothing but a dog and pony show. Yes Virginia, you can be interested in politics and HATE the elections.
Yes, it's a right. I also believe free healthcare is a right for everyone. Leeches, really? You seem like a cruel person. I don't know, if the soulless and the cruel are meant to survive, than something is very wrong with basic evolution. Besides, is the ability of getting a job or something like that a measure of how advanced someone is? Evolution wise. Because, if you and someone who is used to sleeping on streets were to endure for example such low temperatures, I would bet you'd be the first to die. So aren't they stronger in a way? Basic principles of evolution.
You know what's a travesty? I live about 3 blocks from a beautiful city park. It's really quite scenic, especially considering I live in a concrete jungle for the time being. Anyhow, despite paying taxes, I cannot enjoy this park because it's so overrun with homeless/druggies/prostitutes. Who feels bad for me? Absolutely nobody! I can't use a bus bench, which again is funded by tax dollars, because there are bums sleeping on nearly everyone. Who cares about my achy legs? Nobody! But let me stick a needle in my arm and contribute nothing and all of a sudden I have the world's sympathy.
you know what else i really fucking hate, those fucken protestors who piss and shit all over public places and break into shops and wear mask while protesting and cry like little fucking pussies when a cop mases or hits them.
I'd like a whole lot less to be funded, actually. I realize the need for things such as schools, roads, police departments, military, etc. I believe most citizens benefit from these things.
Funny thing is, I recognize that you're being sarcastic, but I can tell you exactly why. They are lazy. They don't do anything for themselves, including taking their ass' to the homeless shelters to sleep. Nope. That's too inconvenient. I live near a school, not too far from this park where there is a problem with homosexual prostitutes. These children don't get to enjoy the park either. Lots of seniors utilize the bus system. They too have to stand so these homeless people can sleep until three in the afternoon.
I know at every protest I have ever participated in I have taken a huge dump right in the middle of a sidewalk after I destroyed shop windows (sorry starbucks). I hope the cop that made me cry like a pussy tripped and fell in it as I wiping pepper-spray from my face. Fuck I forget my mask!!
How is "free" healthcare "free" when someone has to pay for it? Yeah, maybe it's free for some people, but not those who work and pay taxes.
Omg it's like you people pay millions.... What a bunch of whiny, selfish, merciless people. It is really an advanced society when (most) people can't even afford medical care. I currently have no children, I really don't want to be funding schools, it's of no use to me.
Yeah I mailed out my absentee bailout today. Not sure what good voting does... I'm not quite Pressed Rat about the state of politics and government, but I'm no where close to the other end of the spectrum either.
