Well first , I dont have a clue why u'd wanna go on a diet ( and I go for really slim/ skinny girls) Also , that programme sounds well... terrible.Cutting out protein is very bad.It'd mean weight loss ( muscle) but not fat loss. Plus no/ very low fat isnt healthy either. And exercise and moderate calories is the best way to be in shape.
If that picture of your stomach in the new bodyshot thread is recent then no, you do not need a diet.
i just had a healthy breakfast of apple juice, mandarin orange slices, a couple slices of tomato..................................and a few fried chicken tenders with my favorite hot sauce
no clue why you are cutting out chicken...you need protein. and you need your essential fatty acids - omega 3s... eat healthy whole foods, and have a slight calorie deficit and you'll be fine...but just cutting everythign out willy nilly isn't going to get you anywhere.
i eat food and it gets me stretch marks and cellulite btw don`t get me wrong i love feasting with food and i don`t think i will ever come to the point of having some kind of eating disorder but any kind of imperfection on my body is pissing me off really badly and i am very imperfect right now..or at least thats how i feel
stretch marks and cellulite can be caused by poor diet ,lack of exercise and toxins in the body. Judging by your pics , really youre fine.And really low body fat on a girl would be *ugly* The really "ripped "look on models is not obtained by crash dieting Its caused by exercise ,bright studio lights !!! , and photoshopping. ( same for the "perfect" look). BTW your last pic ,I wouldve thought *was* a model. Now eat some cakes
Well there's nothing wrong with eating healthy. It's good if you want to quit eating fried food and smoking and all that. However, you don't need to lose weight which a lot of people have said. You may be thin, but being internally healthy is good, so good for you.
Wow. I would have thought you being the last person to go on a diet. Cause you seem the naturally thin type of girl. Who won't get any weight or aspect problems... But anyway, it's good to stick to a healthy diet. And healthy lifestyle...
