Why does it scare you? Don't you want freedom? Or does it scare you because other people are free to do these things, too?
i feel freedom occurs in the mind. i feel that once the mind has been freed the rest of the body can follow. for example a freed mind is one that thinks of what it wants in life and how it is going to happen. whether it being taking a stand against the government (physical freedom) or knowing that what others think of you has no effect what so ever (mental freedom). free your mind first.
A great singer once said: "Enslave our minds in slavery, none but ourselves can make them conform. Atomic energy is extremely groovy, especially because it can end the world. How long will we have to kill their prophets, while those pussies don't fight back, some say certain stuff but no one cares, burn the books, they suck."
freedom to express yourself fully seems to be freedom to me. but idk about freedom from using deodorant. I usually say somethin to people when they fuckin reek lol. Somebody has to. the smells usually quite obnoxious and pretty easy to Fix. think im gonna start carrying pocket deodorant to hand out those in Need
I certainly don't believe in the freedom of liberalism. The freedom to be poor and to be arrested if I take from people who make money off my work.
to me freedom includes no boundaries, no biases, no mental jargon, no limits Just an ever expanding embrace without form (ok, I am stoned and may be the only one that makes sense too)
creating, exploring, and not having to worry about anything else. at least not anything human. not having to own a piece of land to build an alternative kind of house on it completely by your own hands and the design of your imagination and being alowed to live in it. not having to indenture yourself to car to be able to contribute your efforts to others, not having to indenture yourself to any sort of status to be considered acceptable in polite company. not being condemed and reviled for refusing to lie to yourself, or at least in conventional ways.
