No one ever called that proof. That is obviously far from proof. However, there are little things called witnesses, and plenty of other evidence besides, to back it up. Perhaps you'd like to tell me what that IS on Clinton's face?

I agree that wasn't ban-worthy... I've seen way worse on here. Honestly I dont think people should be banned unless they are
A. Spammers and the like.
or
B. Threatening someone or hacking.

If people can't get over what people say over the internet, then that's pretty pathetic. I wouldn't go and cry about someone who doesn't even personally know me, calling me batshit insane. I might argue back... but to be banned, that's a little crazy.

Some kind of error in the photo? There ARE random dark spots in the background too, you know. Could even be as simple as a photoshopped picture. Where's the actual video footage of this happening?

Witnesses. . . There are also countless witnesses of angels, ghosts, demons, vampires, monsters, and alien abductions, and I'm sure there are some of talking dogs and dinosaurs, or any other ridiculous thing you might think of (shapeshifting lizards, for instance. . .). Fuck man, the very idea of a shapeshifting organism, especially in the case of changing back and forth between mammal and reptile, absolutely defies physics and biology. Think, dammit.
