Some of my friends say that frat boys are gay. Do you think that is true? Not saying it is good or bad, just wondering if that is generally true. Please be polite if you have a comment.

Yeah, no, I don't know who told you that but it sounds like someone bitter who was turned down by a frat guy! Haha! Seriously, frats are just social groups of like-minded people, like any circle of friends. Of course, there might be a few homosexuals in every group, but what does that matter? Closeted or not, it's nobody's business. I have known some wonderful and some awful frat boys. Everyone's different. Don't judge.
I agree, some people can spread rumours out of bitterness, but some acts can seem pretty borderline at the best of times. I played waterpolo at school and the one initiation ritual before a certain tournament was that all the new players had to shave their pubes in the garden of the place we were staying in with a single bladed razor, without shaving cream. The captain would then inspect to make sure we did a good enough job. Didnt really think much of it at the time, but looking back now it seems pretty weird...
