the movie kicked ass. read the book its good too. in the book he smokes pot and plays in a band that jenny is in........ there is also some SEX in the book!!
i first watched forrest gump a coupla years back & i cried! i loved the way they intertwined all this history like the KKK, Elvis, Vietnam, John Lennon & AIDS. it was sweet & innocent but at the same time very mature. i must be 1 of the luckiest girls in the world b/c i studied it for some history coursework on Vietnam.
i'm in love with that movie! with every character that's in the movie...everytime i watch it i cry and laugh and think...bout how many luck there is in this freakin world....ain't it right? they're like some qoutes in the movie...the famous : "life's like a box off chocolates...you never know what youre gonna get!" bubba's schrimps... there's so much history in that movie... the black panters , the viet-fucking-nam war , great music! oh...gonna watch it later on... peace out!
ke hahahahaha, me and my friend Kate always quote that movie, we know almost everyline. She called me the other day and said GUMP, Why did you put that artilerary together so quickly? I said because you told me to sir, and then she said the other part hahahahaha. And Im always saying why dont you tell us about the war in VIET FUCKING NAM!! and Bubba saying I WAS BORN WITH BIG GUMS SIR! then dan said, well tuck that in before u get it caught on a trip wire, it was so sad when he died I was hoping he would become a shrimp boat captain.
I can't stand the movie but i'm glad you all enjoy it I hate Tom Hanks fake accent..you and me are like peas and carrots and all of that stuff.
