Yes they do, pop over to pegym.com and find out for yourself I have been doing them for around 14 years but most of that is for maintenance to maintane my size I'm up to about 8 inch's which I like, but it takes time and your get longer and thicker, if that is what you want.

I think this largely depends on the person. There are a lot of variables that affect arousal, pleasure, and erections. It’s not the same for everyone.
