Forbidden Planet (1956)

Robert Kinoshita designed both Robby the Robot, and the Robot on Lost in Space so it seemed inevitable they would briefly share the stage together

Robby however never had to go through the indignity of repeatedly being called a Bubble-Headed Booby, or use the line "Danger, Will Robinson, Danger"

 

I cant find the Adams Family one yet.

This film launched Tom Hanks but also was a stepping-stone for the late great Kevin Peter Hall. At 6' 9" he played the Gorvil (a monster) which helped him later on to replace Jean Claude van Damme as the Predator in.... Predator.
