    its not that simple lady..

they have created a shortage, they manifested it..
it is real, because they created it..

remember out of chaos comes order..

this is not about corporate profits, its about forcing the globalization agenda on the united states..

there will be great hardships due to this very soon,be it a man made crisis or not..

you can say there is no food shortage till your blue in the face, that will not stop the soaring food prices, the coming rationing of food etc..

it may not be real, but the powers that be will see to it that everyone suffers just as if it were real..

we can convert our lawns and parks to gardens and feed ourselves if need be. americans have the ability to feed themselves. we should do that anyways instead of flying and trucking food all over the planet.

Well.. not everyone's soil is equally fertile or stable for crop growth. There's a website you can go to, to see what type of soil you have in your very own property. Biologists plot the boundaries out so farmers can see what they need to add to their soil, if anything.

That said, if everyone needed a personal garden, they would also need a wide array of products to keep it going. We're talking about a lot of pollutants being put into groundwater as a result.

wtf? no you don't. you can grow organically! americans have grown lazy. but if they start to get hungry, they'll get up off their asses and start growing food again. it's not rocket science.

Well. I don't know about all this rationing and everything but prices of rice in restaurants over here went up by 25% a couple of days ago.

I heard that you can only buy 80 pounds of rice at a time now. Damn i could really go for 81 pounds of rice right now.

I am just ducky in a few months, the new place will be done, i have active food plots for wild game and they seem to have taken to it well. I have fruit trees, berry bushes and a well prepped garden. Still have not installed a few things but feel rather content at this stage.

I got lucky and know a guy who owns a little pizza place. He orders thru a wholesale place and I was able to order thru him so no issues at all.

It is always best if you can hook up with farmers and such to get stuff, best quality normally.

i only eat rice and beans

    [dried]

and a few fruits and vegetables

[whatever is less than a dollar a pound]

the price of dried rice and beans has doubled in the last year

[$2.29 a pound for dried fucking beans???]

packaged food has not risen as dramatically

[there is no actual 'food' in it, i guess]

i can still afford to eat, but barely

[i have no place to grow food, no yard, tiny dark house]

    at least i am losing weight . . .

You might look into CO-OP with friends to buy in bulk to push the cost back down.

Have you looked for native items to eat, store ect? May not fill the whole need but a days food you did not have to buy is a days food saved.

that is not a half-bad idea

one of my only friends here is an indian fella

on walks in the badlands he will catch certain bugs and eat them

so he must know something i don't

next time we are out there i will ask about non-wriggling edibles

did you know that 'vegetarian' is lakota for 'lousy hunter'?

    [this joke's on me]

we are going to go acorn crazy here this year..we are surrounded by 1000's of acres of oaks so we can gather till we have no more room to store.. fuck the tree rats and deer..let them eat our leftovers...

in the olden days acorns are what folks around here used instead of flour..

i guess everything old will soon become new again....

    no open wounds?

    that leaves me out...

    ;^)

all the literature on montana in every branch of science concentrates on the west

i need to look harder, possibly leave 'montana' out of my searches and put in 'prairies' instead

this part of the state has more in common with north dakota than missoula . . .
