I'm almost certain I am going to bake my own wedding cake, I want to make a wedding cupcake tower with red velvet cupcakes, raspberry chocolate ones, and vanilla coconut
I need to figure out something to cook but it has to be done by stovetop because the oven is fucked up one of the heating elements died on it.
As someone who has personally handled well over 300 weddings I can say that cupcakes are the new thing to have at a wedding. At least they were new about five years ago but are still becoming more and more popular. Plus it really helps out on the cost. However, as an experienced wedding planner I hate to break your bubble. If it is your wedding you don't want to be making your own cake or cupcakes for that matter. You will have way to many things to do and think about that day and the days leading up to it. You will not need the addedd stress. As much as I am sure your cupcakes kick ass and I would love to have some of them. You just have to trust me. You don't want to be stressed out on the wedding day. It's way stressful already. I have often had many a bride want to do their own flowers or do there own decor or something like that and I usually talk them out of it. On another note. They sound great and I would love to try them all.
Thanks for the advice! I kind of feel that way too, like I'm going to be too busy to bake, but I'm planning on a really small wedding, under 50 people, and baking is the most relaxing thing in the world to me, when I'm under a lot of stress I cook or bake because it just zones me out to concentrate on something sooo deeply. And I'm a pretty organized person, so I envision most things being taken care of prior to the few days leading up the wedding so I can just relax, reflect with whomever I'm marrying and hopefully bake. But I know, I know, things don't always work out as perfectly as we envision, but I'm not too worried seeing as I don't want to get married anytime soon

I love that this thread keeps coming back. Good Job Bailey! Anyone want any help with food recipies. I think between Joker, Stella and I that we could help. Bailey I love to see your cakes and pie.
Chop up some tomatoes, onions, zucchini, and green peppers and saute them in a little bit of olive oil just enough to get them nice and soft but not browned, then add the veggies to pasta and add a little garlic powder and italian seasoning and Wah-Lah! dinner:
is there any way to make a potent cannabis stuffing without just grinding it up and throwing it together with some breadcrumbs and stuff...just an idea that came right now for the christmas dinner i'll be having with my friends...
