Why bother. We're all gonna die when our time comes anyways. Live well, but to sit and think and worry about this shit is just pointless. All life has an expiration date. I have a great aunt who has smoked a pack or more of king sized cigarettes and drank half a fifth or more of rye everyday for the past 50 years. Seriously. She's 75 and strong as an ox. I've known people in their fifties who've taken care of themselves for the past 20 years and didn't live to see the age of 60. That's just life. You can't control it. All life is mind over matter. You can't cheat death, it's the dealer.
